Buy land, they're not making it anymore. - Mark Twain

Since 2013, I have been a Licensed Real Estate Professional but started out by purchasing my first home in 2001 at the age of 23 & turned that home into my first rental property in 2009. I finally decided to obtain my license after watching my father retire from the corporate world & help people pursue their own real estate dreams after my parents moved to the Waynesville area in 2000. My father was also stationed for awhile in North Carolina in the 1960's after being drafted for service in the United States Army and that's when he knew North Carolina was meant to be home one day.

In the Real Estate career thus far I have helped everyone from first time home buyers to those buying lakefront properties, dealing with short sales, buying foreclosures, & selling very unique homes with a smaller target audience and family willed estates. I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this business I've had the good fortune of being involved with thus far but if I had to choose one as my favorite, I would have to say seeing the happiness on first time home buyer's face when they close & receive their keys.

I attribute my professionalism, honesty, & passion for helping others to my parents who raised me with good values & who taught me everyone is equal, deserves to be treated fairly & putting others before your own personal gain is a much better reward then a monetary one. This has taught me to deliver results AND an enjoyable experience to ALL my clients & I look forward to helping you now or in the future.

Born & Raised in the Detroit Metro area before calling North Carolina my home I developed a love of the outdoors that Michigan just like North Carolina has a lot to offer. In my spare time you'll likely find me on the water cruising around on my SeaDoo, fishing or playing fetch with my German Shepherd Cable which leads me to my other passion for dogs. Cable is a lot more than a pet to me, he's family to me & one of my best friends. I adopted him 5 years ago and he's rarely not by my side. I've had 4 German Shepherds in my adult life & adopted 3 of them, one of which was abused severely before I took her into my home from a rescue that initially saved her. My hope is to one day have a small rescue of my own. I was fortunate & honored to get Cable from being known in the community as being someone who has a background with German Shepherds & understands the breed before he was given to someone else or surrendered to a shelter (due to unfortunate family circumstances). The former owner who I have a lot of respect for even told me after my trial with Cable mostly to see if he got along well with my other Shepherd is that he claimed me from the get go. Traveling is also something I enjoy whether it's in other countries, states or even here in North Carolina where I made it a point to see quite a few places between Bryson City to New Bern last summer there is always something new to see & appreciate.
