I had already been a realtor for ten years before moving to the mountains. Residential sales in the Tampa Bay area was the majority of my business. I also discovered I love working with first-time home buyers, and this is when the teacher in me comes out. I am also looking forward to working with homeowners like myself who are transitioning from Florida to WNC. I know the idiosyncrasies of Florida real estate contracts and can educate new NC residents how they differ and why. I want to be familiar with the Asheville market and Buncombe County, but Waynesville and Haywood County will be my area of focus.
While living in Ohio and Florida, I was an elementary art teacher specializing in pottery. Until just recently, I owned a studio/classroom of Main Street in Waynesville. It was a natural progression for me to share it with others by teaching classes and workshops. When I’m not in the studio I love spending time with family and especially my two grandchildren! Every day I get to come home to Sadie and Sawyer, my Chocolate and Black Labs who just turned five. They are my rescue dogs and like most owners say, they have rescued me more than once. Full speed ahead or sound asleep – that’s my dogs’ life.
I look forward to working with you. What goal does my client have? How do I help them accomplish it? My duty is to create a path that will lead them there. Fortunately, I am partnered with EXIT Realty Vistas. With their assistance, we will work together as a team, and my clients will feel that they have succeeded in transitioning into the next chapter of their life.
