Lynelle Flowers has a passion for matching properties and people. Having personally lead the closings of over a thousand residential and commercial real estate transactions as an escrow officer, as well as adeptly managing a legion of rental properties, she intimately understands both the nuts and bolts, and the “big picture” of buying and selling properties.
Lynelle’s life has been a diverse and colorful journey to where she is today. Lynelle knows remodels. In 2004 she purchased and renovated the dilapidated Leader Building near Pack Square. She opened and ran a successful business there - Studio Five Imports. After selling that building to another successful business it has grown to be a hub in the wonderful, vibrant Asheville scene.
Lynelle is also the local and regional resource for horse lovers. Having a lifelong passion for horses, she has competed in various dressage competitions. She is a graduate of the United States Dressage Federation “L” judges program and frequently works as a judge at horse shows. She has designed, built, and ran a horse boarding facility. For horse lovers searching for idyllic horse homes, including communities near the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC), and other regional equestrian facilities, Lynelle is your go-to person.
Lynelle and her family live just south of Asheville where they operate Nellie Bee Farm - a member of the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Program (ASAP). They keep honeybees, grow shiitake mushrooms, and sell renewable biofuel fire logs as a part of their sustainable lifestyle philosophy. They also share their home with four dogs, a cat, free-range chickens, horses, and Palido the mini-donkey.
Lynelle knows property. Helping people find their home or investment property is her passion. Let her seamlessly take you there.
